Equality information and reports

The Equality Act 2010, supplemented by the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) Regulations 2011, require the University to publish:

  • Equality objectives, at least every four years.
  • Information to demonstrate their compliance with the equality duty, at least annually. This should include information relating to people who share a protected characteristic who are its employees and/or people affected by its policies and practices.

The University of Cambridge's Equality & Diversity Information Report 2019-20 provides information about staff and students.
