Inner calm in a chaotic world 

Lunchtime Meditation – A drop-in session for busy people Mondays and Wednesdays 12.30–1pm and 1–1.30pm

Evening Meditation Monday – Friday 6–7pm

All welcome. Free of charge. No need to book for any of the sessions
