Faith and Belief in Practice

Faith and Belief in Practice is a University initiative that seeks to increase awareness and understanding of religious and belief communities in the University.  The work is overseen by the Chaplaincy Development Group, a partnership between the University, Great St. Mary's and the Trinity College.

The initiative includes several activities:

  • The production of annual University faith and belief calendar, ‘Mindful of the Needs of Others’
  • The production of guidance and information on faith and belief communities and issues that may be relevant to them
  • Highlighting University facilities, such as Merton Hall Farmhouse, that are available for faith and belief communities
  • Events as part of the University’s Festivals of Ideas and Science
