The self-taught, online module, ED&I Essentials, is now available. This module provides training on Equality Legislation, what it means in practice, and what the University is doing to embed the principles of ED&I. The self-taught, online module on Unconscious/Implicit Bias is also now available and can be booked via UTBS. It provides an understanding of Unconscious/Implicit bias, how it works, and its potential impact on aspects of University life, such as admissions and staff recruitment.
